Whether you are coming from the Lucerne direction on the A4 motorway, or from the Zurich/Baar/Sihlbrugg direction, you take the motorway-exit “Zug, Steinhausen, Cham-Ost". Then follow the signposts Zug/Cham and you will come to a set of traffic-lights with a big AMAG Garage on the left: continue on past it towards Zug and soon you will see the swissmotel zug ahead of you. 900 metres after those traffic-lights is another set of lights. Turn left here into "Chollerstrasse" and follow the sign “Motel”.

If coming from Zug town, take the lake road, direction Cham/Lucerne ("Chamerstrasse") until you come to a T-junction with traffic lights (ca. 2 km) and the swissmotel zug is just ahead of you. Turn right at the traffic lights and follow the sign “Motel”.
