By car:
- Follow the signs 'City' to 'Central'.
- There you will see 4 illuminated advertising signs for 'Lindt chocolate'
- Pass these signs to your immediate right and keep bearing right up into the Weinbergstrasse.
- Take the next right into the Leonhardstrasse and diagonally opposite, you will see the Leonhard Hotel and Crazy Cow signs.

By train:
- From the main railway station take streetcar number 6 (direction 'Zoo') or number 10 (direction Oerlikon).
- Get off at second stop 'Haldenegg".

by plane:
- Follow the signs 'hotelbus'.
- The Ben Shuttle service leaves every 30 minutes from 5:30 until 22.00 daily.
- The 12 km transfer takes approximately 20 minutes.
