Très pratique

Cet hôtel respecte ses clients, que ce soit à l'accueil ou auprès du personnel de ménage.
Par contre le petit déjeuner à 10 euros ne propose que le strict minimum. A ce prix-là, j'aurais apprécié par exemple une offre de produits laitiers et de fruits FRAIS.

Super quartier, hôtel bien placé et réceptionniste assez sympa. Par contre c'est très cher payé pour une chambre bruyante (on entend le téléphone sonner à la réception!) et un petit déjeuner sans serveuse avec du faux jus d'orange et du faux lait.

The location was great, most staff were helpful. One Reception staff "Julie" was very rude when I requested an extra pillow, she told me they should be in the room, when I explaned that there wasnt she bought one up to our room and almost threw it at me, she should not be at a front desk with that attitude. I work with people day in and day out and that is not the way to treat the paying customer. For the price of breakfast I thought is quite poor, and not catering for the international traveller, which I thought was your business. The bathroom was so small you had to climb over the toilet to get into the shower, I was in room 207, I dont know if all rooms were like that, but the tarrif certainly wasnt cheap. I absolutely loved my stay in Paris and will certainly return.
