Hotel Média Paris

Bonjour,
Il est très difficile de parler français au téléphone ou même à l'accueil de l'hôtel.
D'autre part j'ai apporté des modifications sur mon séjour sur votre site par votre système de mail, j'ai confirmé en anglais à l'hôtel, je n'ai pas eu de réponse et je ne sais pas si on m'a fait payer 2 nuits comme je l'ai demandé à temps ou 3 nuits…
Bref il est difficile de communiquer avec l'hôtel et je ne trouve pas trace de mail de votre part,

Déçue de la prestation ! Chambre bien moyenne vu le prix, linge de toilette pas assuré pour 2 personnes ! Pas de service dans la salle de bain (verre à dents, sèche cheveux ...) Quant au petit dej, aucune intimité, le mélange avec le linge de toilette c'est quand même bien moyen, d'ailleurs nous ne l'avons pris qu'une fois, quant à la qualité du petit déj, vraiment nulle, quand nous avons voulu redemander du pain, nous donner un morceau de la veille... je regrette mais ça ne se fait pas ! Ce n'est pas un hôtel que nous reprendrons ! Et dernière chose à aucun endroit il est mentionné le parking payant ! Donc tout mis bout à bout nous sommes mécontents !

des patères dans la salle de bains ce serait bien
une cuvette de WC bien fixée aussi

pas de chauffage avant 21h, problème résolu apres appel à la reception, chambre vetuste, papier peint très sale, ménage correct

This hotel is advertised as being 0km from city of Paris. However it is approx 10 stops on the Metro into the Opera/La Fayette region of Paris. Compared to a 3 Star hotel in Ireland it is very basic. Bedroom very sparingly furnished. No remote control for TV. No Tea/Coffe making facilities. No hairdryer. No safe. No mini-bar as advertised. Very dull decor, needs to be refurbished!! The location of Hotel Media is in a nice part of Paris and very convenient to the Metro. We were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and were very disappointed with the accommodation. It was our first time in Paris and we did'nt know what to expect. We were very surprised to say the least. We will not be making a return visit to this hotel!

We called the hotel before we came. We were informed that the price was 90 euros per night. After a discussion, we got the price stated on your site(70).
The room was inconvenient, unesthetic and rather dark, with winding stairs to the sleeping area. There was no armchair or sofa to sit conveniently, and only 2 chairs, in spite of the fact that the room was divided between 2 floors. The TV had no remote control and only 3 or 4 local channels (all in French). The elevator malfunctioned several times (we were on ther 6th floor). It is important to state that the hotel is in the process of changing owners, which will most probably result in an improvement.

L'hôtel n'est pas mal. Mais j'ai fait mon réservation, et quand je suis arrivée il n'y avait de chambres pour moi. Donc; j'ai attendu pendant une demi heure, pendant qu'ils faisait una réservation dans un autr hôtel.... je crois aue ça n'est pas juste.
