Hotel Le Régent Montmartre Paris

Personnel très accueillant. La chambre est propre, mais les peintures sont à refaire. Le plancher ne semble pas très sûr. Il manque des ampoules au plafond de la salle d'eau, la baignoire est tachée ce qui donne l'impression qu'elle est sale. Le poussoir de la chasse d'eau a disparu.
Pour le petit dejeuner mieux vaut arriver avant 8h1/2 sinon il faut attendre que la salle se vide.
Sinon magnifique vue au 6ème étage sur le Sacré Coeur

Great place to stay, would come again!
However, there were a few problems. The heat of the room at night made it almost impossible to sleep, air conditioning or even just a fan or two would be really helpful. The noise of the traffic outside and of other occupants also made it hard to sleep, opening the balcony doors at night to try and cool the room meant the traffic noise kept us awake instead and the noise from other occupants on our floor going for the lift in the morning also woke us up. The cleaners woke us up the last 3 days in a row knocking on the door at about 10am wanting to clean the room, I assumed that once the key was left with reception then the cleaners would enter the room, once it was obvious we were gone. I appreciate that sometimes we were late to rise and in that case I say it's our responsibility for the room not being cleaned, if we rose after the cleaners had been and gone. I would rather have the room uncleaned than be forced out of bed to vacate the room so the cleaners can do their work.
Besides those three points, the rest of our stay was lovely and the minor problems reported above did little to detract from the enjoyment of our holiday. Lovely staff, lovely hotel, great place for travellers on a budget!

Beds are way too short... I am only 1,70m but my feet were hanging out. Beds also too small.
No wardrobe = not enough space for clothes.
Bathroom clean and resonably new = good.
