Hotel Elysee Park is really a guest house, not a hotel. The rooms are very small, but clean and functional. The bed that I had was too soft, the mattress was probably very old. The breakfast in the basement is poor. The location is excellent, just one block from the Chance Elysee. Overall, good value for money, considering the price paid for the location.
