Hotel Eiffel Capitol Paris

Accueil très agréable, chambre très propre, et confortable...
seulement je ne sais pas ce qu'offrent les autres hotels pour le même prix mais pour une nuit à 130 euros, je m'attendais à autre chose, un peu plus grande (surtout salle de bain)... mais pour une nuit très satisfaisant, hotel à recommander

A part le raté de ma 1ere nuit (on m'a mis dans une chambre simple, la 403) alors que j'etais confirmé pour une double standard grand lit, le reste du sejour s'est bien passé. Sauf que l'ascenseur est tombé egalement en panne. J'etais obligé d'utiliser les escaliers pour aller au 4eme etage. C'etait dur...
Autrement, l'hotel est agreable.

Bonne adresse près du métro- calme propre de bonne tenue et de très bon rapport qualité prix.
souvent dans d'autres établissements où l'on paie le double je n'ai pas cette qualité de prestations

This is not a hotel for English-speaking people although the website advertises in English. It does not have a single TV channel in English, and it does not have an English keyboard for the computer. The drapes are very nice, but every room that I saw has them torn off the rods at each end. Housekeeping does not take the trouble to reattach them, and they are to high for the guest to reach without a ladder. The dishes in the breakfast room are cracked and chipped; yet, they are used each day. The food was cooked at 7:00 AM and never replinshed. The hot food was cold by 7:30 AM. The pillows on the beds are flat. However, the mattresses are firm and good. The breakfast area is very attractive. This could be a great hotel with a little effort.
