Air conditioning means you can keep cool and keep windows closed against pedestrian street noise. Ask for a top floor room, as this is quieter. Noise between rooms is more of a problem than street noise, as walls are thin. (Happily we did not have a snoring neighbour!) Room and bathroom very clean. Decor fine and flat screen TV was a nice bonus. Bed very comfortable. Location very convenient. Reception staff ok, although not super-friendly as some people experienced. Recommended for a good central short-term stay. Prices are not excessive for central Paris, offering better value than others in the area.
