+ details | | Très bon accueil, le personnel est poli et serviable. Chambre et salle de bain propre. Petit déjeuner copieux. L'hôtel est très agréable et sa proximité avec la gare de Lyon est très appréciable.
Seul bémol, la salle de bain est vraiment petite.
Je retournerai dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Paris.

Personnel d'étage agréable et, très appréciable, présence jour et nuit d'une personne à l'accueil.

+ details | | Les travaux de façades et des chambres occasionnent des désagréments de bruits et surtout d'odeur de peinture ! il faudrait le signaler aux futurs clients qu'ils puissent décider de réserver en toute connaissance de cause ; lorsque l'hotel sera rénové,si les prix sont maintenus, tout sera parfait.
avantage non négligeable la proximité de la gare de Lyon
Booking system : réservation faite en ligne sans problème avec des tarifs réduits très intéressants (ce qui apparemment n'était pas le cas des personnes rencontrées à l'entrée de l'hotel et qui n'ont pas apprécié) : il vous faudrait préciser ce point pour éviter ensuite toute mauvaise publicité.
