Hotel was in an excellent location, right in the heart of Paris (2 mins walk from the Seine, & excellent for arrival from Orly airport via the RER to station St. Michael, which is right near the hotel). Desk staff were largely very friendly & helpful & the hotel was very clean & really well-maintained. There was a mix-up with our room & we were booked into a standard room instead of a deluxe:- Having never been to Paris before & having read lots of reviews which said rooms are generally small, i was initially unaware of the error, but when the mistake was realised i was refunded a night's price & the room we did stay in was fine anyway. The standard room was fairly small, but it was very comfortable, clean, & very quiet with a nice (if again smallish) bathroom. I'd be more than happy to stay in this hotel again & had a marvellous stay in Paris! :o)
