the noise was outside of the hotel and was due to traffic. Karen provided outstanding service. My only concern was it was difficult to get a wash cloth everyday for bathing.

The reception could be better decorated, it looks like a 3star hotel. At the room there where nothing to put the suitcase, so I had to use the desk. There is just 1 iron for the entire hotel, so I had to wait 2 hours to get one.
