I have traveled with my sister. So as we two women arrived to the hotel we have been directed to room on fifth floor with heavy luggage and informed that there is no lift or anybody to help us.
In so called 3 person room where 2 double beds, one chair and no other furniture. There was a hole size of football in a wall. The folding door to the bathroom were falling apart. I didn't check the bathroom we just left the hotel. I would never recommend this hotel.
