Hotel Pavillon République Les Halles Paris

Patrick MACHEFERT and Christiane DERORY create the Group LES HOTELS DE PARIS at the beginning of the 1990'. Experts in financial ingeniery, they bring several investors together in in order to create, right from buying old grounds or buildings and after the realization of heavy rehabilitation or building work, of the new 3 and 4 stars hotels.

Since France is the first tourist destination of the World and its capital, the first organizing city of congress and shows, all the hotels are located in Paris.

The concept developed by the founders is based on the concept "of character hotels", which means hotels of average capacity - about fifty rooms, with particularly polished decoration, out of any standardization, influenced by the district, and offering to the customers a personalized service.

In the nomenclature of the Group, "Pavillon" means a 3 stars or 3 stars superior hotel and "Villa" means a 4 stars or 4 stars deluxe hotel.

The first opening dates from August 1994, with the Pavillon Péreire Arc-de-Triomphe, on the boulevard Péreire in the 17th district. Then, the openings follow on an average rate of two per annum.
