On the A35, in direction Mulhouse, take the exit 25 "Colmar Sud Freiburg", follow "Centre Ville", and turn right on the 2nd traffic lights

From Mulhouse :
1st solution
On the A35, in direction Strasbourg, exit25 "Colmar Semm - Freiburg", in direction "Centre Ville" and turn right on the 2nd traffic lights.
2nd solution
On the A35, in direction Strasbourg, exit 26 "Colmar Centre" in direction "Quartier Sud" and follow straight on.

From Rouffach - RD 83 :
On the RD 83, following "Colmar Center", turn right on the 5th lights (Train station on your right) in direction Freiburg / Cour d'Appel, and turn left by the TOTAL service station, then straight on.

From Kaysersberg - RD 415 :
On the RD 415, direction Colmar, follow then Strasbourg / Freiburg, and turn right on the 2nd traffic circle "Center Ville". Then straight on, follow "Quartier Sud, + Albert Schweitzer, Gare", and by the traffic lights after Mc Donald's and "Conseil Général" turn right and right again.
