A Stalla Sischese restaurant was established in 1990 as a family business thanks to its founding member Jeannine.
Today she has handed over the reins to her son Raphaël, who has followed in his mother's footsteps as head chef. He has inherited his mother's flair for preparing local specialities but has also added new dishes to the restaurant's menu.
For those courageous enough to try the 7 course "menu degustation", it is recommended that you follow this by a "Corsican Siesta". This is all too possible by crossing the road and booking in at the hotel of the same name which opened just recently (March 2005). And after a good rest why not try out a dip in the pool !
