- From Paris: A10 motorway towards Nantes / Bordeaux. At Dourdan, take the A 11 motorway in the direction of Nantes. At Le Mans, take the A 81 motorway in the direction of Laval-Rennes. Continue on RN 157 to Rennes, then towards Lorient via Ploërmel on RN 24. At Hennebont, take RN 165 towards Quimper / Brest.
- At Quimper, follow the signs for Douarnenez. When you reach Douarnenez, drive towards Tréboul by following the signs for the "Centre de Thalassothérapie", which will lead to the "Plage des Sables Blancs". When you reach the roundabout in front of Sables Blancs Beach, make a left.
