Brand new Residence with an outdoor heated swimming pool, close to the marina of Le Teich, village situated in the famous "Bassin d'Arcachon" at only 60 Km from Bordeaux, and ideally located to discover Landes pine trees forest, the Bay of Arcachon and the Médoc and Graves vineyards.
