It is comprised of a contemporary, 14-floor, pyramid-shaped building, one of the original features of the Marina. All apartments face east/west and offer an extraordinary panorama of the sea, bay, mountains, park or harbour.

FROM JULY 02 TO AUGUST 27 : MINIMUM STAY OF ONE WEEK, ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE ONLY ON SATURDAY.

14 floors. 5 lifts (including 2 service elevators). 1 card-operated phone box (bank and phone cards): at reception during opening hours. Paying launderette, in the basement and accessed by lift: 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer, coin operated. Luggage room (8 m), non-guarded but locked, in the basement for groups. Individual guests may leave their luggage at reception.

RENTAL FORMULA

Cost includes:
Accommodation. Sheets, bathroom linen, 1 dishcloth, 1 cleaning kit*, all left in the apartment. Television. End-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes). These services are repeated at the beginning of each week for stays of more than a week.

* Cleaning kit including: washing-up product, scouring cream, detergent, 1 double-sided sponge, washing-up cloth, disposable floorcloth.
