By car
From Lyon via Highway A71: after the toll follow direction Clermont Sud. About 6 miles (10 km) further on, take right in direction of A71 Paris and exit at Le Brezet (Exit 16). Turn left at the second roundabout and proceed straight ahead following the signs for CHRU – Saint-Jacques.
From Paris or Montpellier via Highway A71 or A75: exit at Le Brezet (Exit 16). Turn left at the big roundabout and proceed straight ahead following the signs for CHRU – Saint-Jacques.
From Bordeaux, Limognes and Tulles: take Highway A89, then proceed on the A71 in direction of Montpellier and exit at Le Brezet (Exit 16). Turn left at the big roundabout and proceed straight ahead following the signs for CHRU – Saint-Jacques.
From Clermont-Ferrand city center: Follow direction Aubière Beaumont, then CHRU – Saint-Jacques.
