A former post house, our hotel-restaurant is located in the centre of a small village with 2,600 inhabitants, in the heart of the southern Auge country. Our restaurant offers quality cuisine prepared by the manager, with Normandy specialities, e.g. 'mousse de foie de volaille aux pommes' (smooth poultry paté with apples) flavoured with Calvados, sirloin steak with Livarot sauce , 'andouillette' (chitterling sausage) with Camembert, etc.
