Our hotel is situated at the heart of the village of Saignes. Our chef proposes a range of typical dishes of the Auvergne region(cock in red wine, tripe, trout with bacon chunks), but also a number of fish specialities (char with vanilla sauce, red mullet with basil, pike-perch with white butter sauce).
Right in the middle of the Massif Central, Saignes is a real nature resort, with a wide range of country walks, water sports on the lake of Bort les Orgues, road tours of the Roman churches and the châteaux of northern Cantal.
