The Blanchet family has discovered in Duras a 19th century convent which they felt was the ideal place for them to show off the passion which the region inspires in them. Jean-François Blanchet is such a master at blending subtle flavours, that if the Dukes of Duras were to return, they would certainly book the best table in the restaurant.
