Situated near La Prade pond, at the heart of the Landaise forest and a few minutes from beaches and the centre of the village, the estate has 12 individual villas with private garden and heated swimming pool (8m x 4m) and 16 single-storey twin houses with private garden and a common heated swimming pool (12x6m).

There are bicycle paths that connect our resort to the beach.
