The staff at the reception desk were helpful and friendly. Parking space was limited, but we did manage to get a spot for both nights we stayed. The area was not quite so appealing, but this was probably largely affected by the massive street work that was ongoing nearby. Our room had quite a few flies inside when we arrived, but we managed to get rid of them quite easily (we didn't feel the need to ask for another room). The overall value for money was quite good.
