Later, this predestined mill became a renovated manor of character for the pleasure of the Marquis de Lafayette. Today, the former stronghold is finding a new life thanks to the determination of Elisabeth and Thierry, a couple passionate about ruins who have brought an unexpected touch to each of the six rooms of this untypical hotel-restaurant.
