A damage deposit of between EUR 200 and EUR 500 must be paid by credit card or cheque upon arrival and will be returned subject to a damage inspection.
With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.
Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.
Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area), basic WiFi access (maximum of 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and research), charges and taxes (except city tax and handling fees).
Available at an extra cost: Beds made upon arrival and housekeeping mid-week (The number of services purchased must match the number of occupants in the accommodation).
For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.
A baby kit, suitable for children under 2 years weighing less than 15 kg can be requested at an extra cost (subject to availability and prior reservation). The kit includes: 1 folding bed without a mattress, 1 high chair, 1 changing mat and 1 pushchair.
In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees.
