The house is situated in the heart of the old village Siran, famous for his wine (Minervois) near the Montagnes Noir, half way between Carcassonne and Narbonne.
It lies in a narrow lane with no traffic noise.
From the roof terrace, you have a beautiful look over the hills and vineyards.
It is a small house with 3 floors and is suitable for 2 persons.
On the first floor there is the dining-room with open fireplace and kitchen area (2 hot plates, small oven, dishwasher).
On the second floor there is a bedroom with double bed (160x200) and the bathroom.
On the third floor a room with sloping ceilings and French windows leading on to terrace. There is another double bed (120x200). The small roof terrace is south-east-facing and not overlooked by neighbours.
The house has been newly renovated in local style to combine modern comfort with the flair of a small 19th century stone house. It is charmingly furnished with lovingly selected pieces which give it an individual atmosphere.
