This holiday cottage, located in the green area of Charolais Brionnais countryside in Saint Bonnet de Cray (71) (Southern Bourgogne), is surrounded by pasture land.
It has been built in a former farm and the lodging part of 110 m2 has been completely restored (end of alterations early 2008).
There are a ground, a car park and a shady backyard.
It is near a dead-end country lane where cars are few and with a clear outlook. Quiet provided.
The Mirandole pond is 40m from the cottage. It is a 3000 m2 wild pond surrounded by trees.
So children and adults can come fishing.
The cottage is contiguous to a footpath with signposts and which is part of the list of green footpaths from Charolais Brionnais.
700m from the cottage you can buy goat cheese and country food at a farm called Le Domaine de la Mirandole.
The cottage is 1km from the celebration hall and 6km from the Middle-Aged village Charlieu (42), a village of 4000 inhabitants where you can find many shops and services ( cinema, museum, restaurants, pubs, swimming-pool, tennis…).
You’re welcome with your family or your friends to spend some holidays or work.

The cottage includes :
• On the ground floor :
- a large 50m² room including a living-room with a large open fireplace, a TV set, a DVD player, a study, a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a hotplate, a cooker, a dishwasher, a fridge, a deep freeze…, and a place where 10 people can eat. This room is convertible and you can organize a meal for 25 people.
- a bathroom with toilets.
- a laundry with a washing machine.
- a garage communicating with the laundry.

• On the first floor :
- a bedroom for 2 with a 140-bed.
- a dormitory for 8 people including two bunk beds of 90 at the top and 2 140-bed at the bottom, as well as two twin beds. (There can be more sleeping arragements).

• Outside :
- garden furniture: table, chairs, benches, coffee table…
- a barbecue

• Outbuildings you can use :
- a cellar and a shed
