In a small village (boasting a bakery !) situated on the edge of the Pays d'Othe in the north of the Burgundy we welcome you to a former coach-house converted into a cottage for up to 4 people on an entirely enclosed plot of 7000 m².
The cottage mesures 120 m². On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with WC, a living-room, a well equipped modern kitchen and French windows giving on to a terrace with a southern aspect ; on the first floor two bedrooms and a bathroom (shower and WC).
On the plot children find two swings, a swimming pool (4,5 m diam., not heated), a trampoline and a large tree-house (16 m²).
It is a great starting-point for exploring this part of Burgundy with towns such as Auxerre, Sens and Chablis.
A 15 minute drive by car will take you to a railway station (Laroche-Migennes) from where every hour a train will take you to the center of Paris in 75 minutes.
