The self-contained appartment is located 3 km from the bay of Mont Saint-Michel and Genêts.From Genêts which faces the Mont,the guided crossings to the Mont are very popular with our tourists.Our guests enjoy the gîte and its surroundings for its calm countryside environment and the varied sporting opportunities such as hiking, cycling, swimming and horse -riding.
Entirely on the ground floor, the cottage is part of a restored 18th century farmhouse. Spacious and comfortable, the cottage consists of 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 single), large living room with kitchen and lounge and a large bathroom with toilet and slip-resistant floor.
In front of the holiday-let, there is ample parking, a lawn and an enclosed pond and to the rear,a small private garden with outdoor barbecue facilities.
Le Mont Saint-Michel is half an hour away by car, Other places to visit are Granville, Avranches (famous for the Mont St Michel ancient manuscripts),, Villedieu (with its copper and Bell Foundry)
There are many beaches nearby, such as Carolles and Jullouville.
Further away (within a radius of an hour) are the tourist attractions of... Cancale, Saint-Malo, Dinan, Fougères and of course the D-Day landing beaches.
