The weekly rentals are a minimum of 7 nights and start on Saturday. The accommodation is available the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated on departure day before noon.
Weekend Rental: Available 17 hours from Friday until Sunday evening before 18 hours. Price: Low 110 / 130 Medium / High saison150 Euros
Rent night: Available from 17 hours overnight before noon. Price: Low 60 / Medium 70 / High 80 Euros.
Payment Terms:
The 30% deposit will be paid when booking and the balance remaining is paid on arrival. The deposit of 300 Euros will be paid on arrival after the inventory of entry and will be returned after the inventory output.
The deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 60 days before the date scheduled.
Tourist tax 1.10 Euros per day per person (age 16) to add to the amount of rent.

De remarqué le preocupation permanent de propriétaires ne rien manquer et que tout soit parfait. Très belle maison avec un joli jardin et une piscine très appréciés. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, serviables et sympathiques. Bref, tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien, loger sept jours dans cet appartement était pour nous un vrai plaisir, nous le recommandons vivement.
