This gite shares an idyllic 2 acre plot surrounded by trees and fields on the edge of the village of St-Hippolyte,
less than 1 km from the center. The english speaking owners
live on site.However there is an independant access.
Its central location makes it ideal for the visitors to go over the department in a radius of 13 to 60 kms maximum.

This gite can be rented all year long because there is a fuel central heating free of charge.
with possible boat trips from Saintes towards Cognac and from Rochefort towards the sea and the islands. these 2 towns offer a full range of shops and restaurants as well as daily and weekly markets. Welcome in the charente Maritime where there is a lot to see and do.

DESCRIPTION:
At the ground floor there is a hall with stairs, cupboard, and direct access to the garage.On left hand there is a full equipped kitchen and a dining area.On right hand there is a lounge which can be usesd as a bedroom.
At the first floor on the left there is a double bedroom with cupboard,bedside table, cot, and tv.On the right there is a family bedroomwithe a double bed and a single one, 2 bedside tables a cupboard and another furniture.In the middle between the 2 bedrooms there are a bathroom with a shower,a handbasin,a furniture, and separate toilets.
Deposit:a deposit of 25% is due on booking and the balance is due on arrival.

LEISURE EQUIPMENT:
Outside there is a pool for the exclusive use of guests.
Around the pool there is a terrace made in brazil wood on 2 levels.The upper terrace is very appraciated by tourists.
on one side of the pool there are small stairs and on the other side there is a ladder. For the safety the ladder and stairs are removable.
bikes: 4 adults bikes and 4 children bikes with all sizes.

GAMES are provided such as: tarots cards, a pack of 54 cards, cards to play rummy, canasta,skat, various parlour and board games: scrable, monopoly, a box of games with 120 rules of games amongst wich pachisi draughts, blackgammon
lotto,snakes and ladders, roulette,steeplechase, battelships...

LINEN: there is no charge for linen provided.kitchen cloths, napkins, hand towels,face flannels,bath towels,sheets,duvets, blankets,pillows.

A WELCOME PACK IS PROVIDED on arrival. It contains: wine,
water, fruit juce,eggs, tea,coffee,milk,sugar,bread,butter,pastas,cheese,pâté,jam.
