The house is a farmhouse from the early seventeenth century (1640) situated in a quiet and charming village near Saint-Malo and its shops, 4 km from the beach and Harbour Rotheneuf Leclerc Saint-Malo, 6 km from Cancale and its Super U supermarket
Its capacity is a maximum of 16 beds (for weekends only) but has an occupancy rate ideal for two families (8 / 9 occupants).
A little paradise near St. Malo: peace and quiet are assured.
The path to the house is a dead end that serves a half dozen buildings.
The house faces south, is located on a wooded and flowery with a small orchard. She did not face-to-face and an area of approximately 900m ² with swings and slide, carport, garden table with benches, umbrellas, folding chairs, barbecues (one large), table tennis tennis, table football, a few bikes (for adults and smaller) are placed gracefully at your disposal, with the possibility to rent two additional.
