Our country house is located in a quiet and historic village in the valley of the Yonne river.
We have both a private terrace and enclosed garden. Perfect for people with children and / or those with animals.
There are two floors to the house, the top floor having 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 single, with all of the bedding and linens provided), and a bathroom with toilet and shower.
On the ground floor a well equipped kitchen, another bathroom with toilet and shower, and a living room / dining room, with a television.
A spacious garden.
We are half-way between Sens and Villeneuve sur Yonne, and a train station on the Paris / Lyon line.
Ours is a perfect house for walkers and hikers, with three marked paths leaving from the village and leading you through the fields and woods around the village.
