First floor : 5 rooms (one with a wash-hand basin), a bathroom with bath-tub and wash-hand basin, toilets.
The garden furniture is left outside from April to October, (will be left with your request apart of this period): 1 garden table out of wooden with benches, for 12 people - 1 barbecue - garden chairs.
This house is surrounded of a private wooded park of 30 ha, is separated from another house (at 15 m) by a high hedge of 3m, making it possible to have each one a garden entirely privative of 1000m².

Very calm situation, no other habitations at less than 1000m. Walk and bicycle in the private park, for children and adults.
Swimming (as from 10 years, because of the stream in bottom of the house (20m) in the river of Auray.
Beaches at Locmariaquer, St Philibert, Carnac... nearest at 6 Kms.
