At Perpignan Sud you take the exit and follow the signs for Argeles-Sur-Mer that leads you to the National road N114.
Take the exit Elne Nord and follow Elne Centre and at the ‘Gendarmerie’ you take the road to the right, there are signs ‘Cloître/Cathédrale' ! This road goes up and down and at the end you ‘ll see a small round-a-bout.
There you take the third exit which leads you up the Remparts and under the porch (Porte Ballaguer). Straight on the rue Porte Ballaguer and 100 m further at your right you 'll see Place Colonel Roger with the Bed and Breakfast / Restaurant (Au Remp’arts) with Provence blue shutters !
