Located in the heart of the Regional Park of the Perche, our charming country cottage is nestled deep in a verdant valley where the Huisne river flows. A paradise for fishermen as well as for ramblers and nature lovers .

The house dating back to the 17th century is built in traditional old stone, with whitewashed walls.
On the ground floor, a dinning room table and chairs, a stone fireplace, a flat screen TV DTT. Next to this is the kitchen, which is very cheerful and bright, this is fully equipped (pyrolysis oven, microwave, plate, extractor hood, dishwasher...) Adjacent is a laundry room.
The bedroom "Romance", is as its name suggests, decorated in a very cosy and charming way, with a queen size bed. It has its own private ensuite full bathroom.
The bedroom "Azur", is simpler but equally enjoyable with two single beds with its own ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with luxury bedding and flat screen TV.
Outside terrace with table, chairs and sun beds. Small organic aromatic garden at your disposal. Private parking. Soon a summer kitchen will be available.

Fishermen have a hand built stone fish tank at their disposal if needed and a place to dry boots. The first class river "Huisne" flows at 200m from the house. Alain, a fisherman since childhood, will show you his preferred fishing spots... no trout or grayling goes unnoticed by him.

Nicole will gladly give you a tour of her miniature farm.

The price includes all beds made, towels, linens, a gourmet basket, departure cleaning and taxes.

In view of the high demand we are able to offer an extra two beds in an annexe. The annexe does not have running water. A fountain with a wash basin filled with water will be at hand.
