The living area is open plan with kitchen, dining room and lounge, all with stunning views of the surrounding olive groves and the Massif des Maures beyond.
The 2200 m² garden is fenced with electric gates and provides parking for a number of cars.
The swimming pool measures 10 x 4 x 1.5 m and is surrounded by a beautiful terrace furnished with sun loungers and a table and chairs and a sheltered summer kitchen equipped with plancha for those essential summer evenings .

A 20-minute walk takes our guests to the charming, typically Provençal village of Flayosc with its many restaurants and bars.
The village is lively all year round but particularly in summer when there are many activities for the whole family.
Situated between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea, Flayosc is an ideal location for exploring Provence - from Saint-Tropez to the Gorges du Verdon, there is something for everyone.

Villa L'Amaridou is perfectly located for easy access by plane, train or road.
Nice and Marseille airports are easily accessible and the A8 motorway is just 30 minutes from Flayosc.

If you want to travel by train, there is a TGV station in Les Arcs-sur-Argens (Draguignan-Les Arcs) which allows you to travel by TGV to Nice, Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and north to Paris.
