4-sided house above the coves with a 70 m² terrace and a summer barbecue kitchen with exceptional panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the mountains and the entrance to the port and Port-Vendres.
Remarkable place for its nature, its light, its decoration and its position between sea and mountains animated by the permanent spectacle of the boats.
The villages of Collioure and Banyuls are 5 km away and we are 30 minutes from Spain.

This house has 3 bedrooms
"IMPORTANT": the third bedroom is on a mezzanine with a low ceiling height of 1.20 m, ideal for children where you will find 1 double bed and 1 single bed, possibility of adding 2 or 3 inflatable mattresses on the floor.
Also an umbrella child bed is at your disposal.

Fully equipped kitchen with a capsule coffee machine.

Passenger access
A la carte: you want to spend a relaxing holiday, want to laze around a good glass of local wine while admiring the view and take a nap lulled by the song of the cicadas or even want a sporting holiday for cyclists , superb hikers, hiking trails, for divers, a diving club 2 min away or even standup paddleboarding… you have everything at your fingertips.

Other remarks
"IMPORTANT": bedroom 3 is a 25m² by 1.20m high mezzanine, fantastic and designed more for children. Adults can sleep there but 1.20 m high you have been warned !
Ideal house for 2 couples and their children.
Not accessible to people with reduced mobility too many steps.
