Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. A relaxation area is dedicated to children on the landing. They will find various games and books there.
The exterior is completely enclosed and decorated for your comfort (garden furniture, barbecue, outdoor games). A ping-pong table is at your disposal.

The property is only 2 km from the medieval city and all amenities, leisure activities (shops, swimming pool, cinema, bowling, equestrian center, golf, etc.)
It is also close to the beaches of La Baule and the wild coast, the ports of La Turballe, Saint-Nazaire and Le Croisic, as well as the Brière Regional Natural Park.
Each of these sites has its own character and charm, with its share of history, conducive to a total change of scenery.
