Absolute change of scenery with this 22 m² cabin studio on the 1st floor with a maximum capacity of 4 people (2 adults & 2 children), with its breathtaking view of the comings and goings of the boats, ideally facing West to watch the sunsets every evening !
A numbered private parking space WITH ARCEAU is included in your rental. The car park is secured with a remote control.
PLUS: a real 140x190 cm bed, more comfortable than a sofa bed, will allow you to really rest during your stay.
A bunk bed in the entrance can accommodate 2 additional people.
The accommodation includes a 81 cm HD TV, a combined microwave oven, 2 electric hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, all the kitchen utensils necessary during your stay (crockery, cutlery, saucepans, …)
The most beautiful beaches of Cap d'Agde are in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation (La Plagette and Grande Conque).
Total number of beds possible: 2 adults and 2 children.
