Motorrijders welkom Spend a great vacation with family or friends in this bright and spacious 55 m² marina.
It is located on the ground floor, with a closed garage space, two terraces, in a quiet residence and close to all shops: press/tobacco, bakery, supermarket, butcher, fishing tackle, port café - restaurant, laundromat..
The marina is made up of a large living room with open kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom, a separate toilet.
A terrace overlooks the garden with a view of the port and the other side of the garage. Direct access to the private pontoon. The jetty is not rented with the apartment.
The kitchen is equipped: new refrigerator with freezer section, gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
The apartment is air-conditioned and non-smoking.
The garage is private and free.
Dogs are allowed subject to good training.
Montpellier Airport is located 26 km away
Grau-du-Roi train station 3 km away
Beach a quarter of an hour's walk away.
Possibility of going to Espiguette Beach by bike in a quarter of an hour.
The center of Grau-du-Roi is 2 km away (around 10 minutes by bike): all shops, Seaquarium, mini golf.
