Welcome to the website of our house in Gruissan, Les Ayguades, in the Lagunes du Soleil residence

This vast tourist complex was built in the 90s directly on a lagoon.
The house is located away from the wide, flat sandy beach (400 m) and 5 m from the lagoon.
From the terrace and the loggia you can enjoy a beautiful view beyond the lagoon, on a clear day, into the Pyrenees.

The house is modern and comfortable.
The ground floor has the living room, dining room with a sofa, a table and two armchairs and a satellite TV and a radio with CD and cassette player.
The kitchen, with associated dining area for 4 people, is equipped with a 4 hotplate with oven, microwave, washing machine / dryer, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.
On the ground floor is also a toilet.
From the ground floor a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. The upper floor consists of a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200, mattress 1 x 160x200) and an adjoining children's room with a bunk bed (80x190) for two children and the bathroom with shower and WC. The children's room and the bathroom are engaged directly from the bedroom. From there one can also to the loggia with a view of the lagoons and the Pyrenees.

In the complex there is also a swimming pool (about 2 minutes).

In front of the house is a parking space for one car.
