On the borders of Périgord and Quercy, perched on a hill, in the middle of a rolling landscape of woods and fields, this cottage in the countryside is a haven of serenity and calm; ideal for resting lulled by the song of the cicadas or for exploring the nearby sites:

12 minutes from supermarkets and various shops located in Souillac (also water park, access to the Dordogne), barely 10 minutes from the 18-hole golf course "Souillac Country Club".

This stone gîte has recently been restored whilst respecting its authenticity, highlighting its typical characteristics of our region (large stone fireplace "cantou", stone sink, stone niches, etc.). He understands :
- on the ground floor: living room/equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fan oven, extractor hood, small appliances), lounge
- upstairs: 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds, bathroom with shower cabin, separate WC Laundry room with washing machine, large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue...
Heated swimming pool from mid-April depending on outside temperature, shared with two other gîtes. Large space all around.

Very good (free) fiber internet connection.
