Possibility of being MORE NUMEROUS with the guest rooms and suites (which can accommodate up to 12 people) located in the master's house and also a small guest house (for 5 people).
Directly located on a huge PRIVATE terrace facing south at the edge of the SWIMMING POOL, overlooking the coastline and facing an EXCEPTIONAL view of the Mediterranean coast. You will enjoy endless lunches under the arbor or aperitifs under the gazebo.
The estate is located in PORTIRAGNES PLAGE, in Hérault, facing the Mediterranean Sea and close to the Canal du Midi.
The house is in a closed and secure enclosure.
A caretaker stays on site permanently, you also have PRIVATE PARKING.
Direct access to the Roque Haute ADVENTURE PARK, supervised by a professional team.
