A timeless stay in the softness, tranquility and serenity of a privileged and preserved environment where you will be the only guests.
Designed to accommodate two people in a warm atmosphere and tastefully decorated, the 55 m² suite comprising a bedroom-living room, an equipped kitchen and a shower room with toilet, is furnished with care, originality and quality.
The covered terrace, sunny or shaded as desired, offers an unobstructed view of the property, the golf course, the lake and the countryside.
The 50 m² barn located in the courtyard just opposite the house is suitable for various relaxation, sports, leisure or reception activities, it includes a TV and reading lounge area and has direct access to the swimming pool.
The whole, comfortable and cozy, provides a feeling of well-being and tranquility.
The 10 mx 5 m swimming pool with diving pit, aqua bike and solar shower, is heated and treated with salt. Not overlooked, it is open for swimming from Easter to All Saints weather permitting and is entirely dedicated to you.
The pool house has a covered and shaded terrace, a small living room, a summer kitchen and a changing room.
You have access to the entire property of more than one hectare: dwelling, barn, swimming pool, pool house, four terraces with different viewpoints, garage, outdoor parking.
For your greatest comfort, your rest and the guarantee of a successful stay, we are on site and manage the daily maintenance of the property (opening and maintenance of the swimming pool, the pool house, the barn and the exteriors), in discretion and respect for your peace of mind.
We take care of the cleaning of the gîte after your departure.
For a long stay, bed linen, towels and tea towels are changed once a week.
Our house is independent of the gîte and not directly overlooked.

si vous recherchez le calme, une vue magnifique, des prestations au top et un couple charmant, accueillant, préservant votre intimité... "Un magnifique gîte dans un magnifique paysage"
Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique d'une semaine dans le très beau gîte de Cathy et Jean Yves. Le lieu, à la frontière du Lot, est idéal pour des vacances en couple au calme, loin du bruit de la ville. Le gîte se trouve face à un très beau paysage, juste en face du golfe des Roucoux. La terrasse panoramique offre un très bel endroit de détente. Les prestations sont de très grande qualité, tant le lit, la cuisine, la piscine au sel, la grange avec ping pong et télévision, nous ont comblés.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'accueil généreux et attentifs de Cathy et Jean Yves.
