Relax in this quiet and stylish accommodation, offering river views and a gym with sauna.

The gîte "le charme", 65 m² for 5 people, is part of a large renovated barn made up of 3 independent gîtes. Each has a private, equipped terrace overlooking a 2,400 m² park with a view of the canals.
It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed on the ground floor, a kitchen that opens onto the living room, and the dining room. A small corridor leads to the bathroom and separate WC. The doors are quite low
Upstairs, a sloping bedroom with two single beds each, overlooks a second bathroom.

In addition, a common room exclusively reserved for lodge tenants (open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) is equipped with an American billiard table, sports equipment and a sauna is at your disposal free of charge.
Please note that the gîte is for a maximum capacity of 5 people, you will not be able to invite people from outside, on the other hand there is only one parking space per gîte.

From your terrace you can admire the quiet sunset, as well as the many migratory birds in the heart of this Natura 2000 classified site.

Finally, the gîtes, all classified 3*, are located 8 km from Saint-Jean-de-Monts and 33 km from the island of Noirmoutier.

To know :
- fitted sheets, sheets, duvet covers (240 cm by 220 cm for the double bed and 150 cm by 200 cm for the single beds), pillowcases (65 cm by 65 cm) are not provided
- for information, the large bed is 160 cm by 200 cm and the small bed 90 cm by 200 cm. The two beds in the upstairs bedroom are 100 cm by 90 cm.
- we only provide free pillows, mattress covers, duvets and tea towels for the kitchen.
- bath towels are not provided and must be brought
