In the heart of the VINEYARD of the Coteaux du Layon, in Maine et Loire, on a large property with trees and flowers, the «Gîte Anjoué» is an independent house, 2 km from the center of Thouarcé (all shops).

Near the owners' house, it is equipped to accommodate 4 people and a baby and consists of:
- a large bright living room with equipped kitchen (combined fridge, induction hob, multi-function microwave oven, dishwasher), lounge area with television 80 cm, dining area;
- a room with a bed of 140;
- shower room with Italian shower;
- separate toilets;
- washing machine;
- the mezzanine floor (secure for children) has 2 single beds, an office and a relaxation area overlooking the vineyards;
Wi-Fi access on request
Free baby equipment on request (cot, high chair, bath).
Outside:
- large private terrace with garden furniture,
- large private garden area with swings,
- parking spaces.
The secure swimming pool (to share only with the owners), between vineyards, orchard and vegetable garden, with panoramic views of the landscape, is in service in summer (June - September).
Weekly rental during school holidays (from Saturday to Saturday)

From there, you will discover the sites of Anjou: ANGERS and its castle, TERRA BOTANICA, SAUMUR, the castle of BRISSAC, the ZOO of DOUE (BIOPARC), the PUY DU FOU about 70 km ..

Arriving via Thouarcé (BELLEVIGNE-EN-LAYON - 49380), follow the direction "GENDARMERIE".

At the gendarmerie (on your left), continue 800m and take the small road on the left at the sign "LE PONTREAU".
It's the last house on the left, number 389.

If you arrive via Angers Nord, follow the direction CHOLET, then, after passing Angers:
- after the bridge over the Loire, take the 1st exit, n° 22, towards Brissac-Quincé
- at Brissac-Quincé, continue on the 4 lanes until the roundabout
- at the large roundabout, take the 2nd exit towards Notre Dame d'Allençon
- after Notre Dame d'Allençon, turn right towards Thouarcé.
