Rent 68 m² apartment, all year round, in Cassis, a small village nestled in the heart of the Calanques.
Cassis has an SNCF station, located 3 km from the apartment which connects every hour to the Marseille TGV station.
Marseille Provence airport is 45 minutes away.
The apartment is located 300 m from the city center and the beach.
There you will find all the shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, bakeries, presses…
The Super U, allowing you to do your shopping, is 5 minutes away on foot
The apartment is in a quiet, wooded residence, you can park there easily, parking with barrier.
It was completely redone in 2016, all the furniture and bedding are new.
It is located on the first floor and facing south.
The balcony, located in the living room, will allow you to have your coffee in the sun, with a pleasant view of the sea, the village and Cap Canaille.
The apartment is made up of 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds of 160 and 2 single beds of 90.
Two of the bedrooms have a sea view.
You will find in each bedroom a large cupboard allowing you to store your belongings.

"Très bel appartement, idéalement situé"
Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire, disponible dès la réservation pour répondre à nos questions.
L'appartement été conforme aux photos, très propre, calme, proche du port et de la plage à pied, avec une place de parking, ce qui est un gros avantage à Cassis !
Séjour très agréable et beaux paysages !

"Appartement très agréable à Cassis"
Appartement très propre, très calme , très bien situé à 5 minutes du port,
Les chambres sont spacieuses, la literie de bonne qualité.
La cuisine est remarquablement bien équipée. Le coin repas et le salon sont conçus pour accueillir 6 personnes confortablement.
Nous venons d'y passer une semaine très agréable.
