120 m² villa with secure swimming pool, located 150 meters from the beach, in Frontignan, Hérault.
3 air-conditioned bedrooms with wardrobe (bedrooms located upstairs), fitted kitchen, two living rooms, bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC upstairs, additional WC on the ground floor, laundry room.

Private heated swimming pool (only from 05/15 to 09/30). Water heated to 28 degrees from mid-May to September weather permitting (72 hours notice).

200 m² garden, children's games, terraces, garden furniture, barbecue. Flowery shade.

Bed linen and bathroom linen provided
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine; flat screen (channels by Freebox); reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms; baby equipment.
Parking on site for 2 vehicles. Enclosed land.

No cleaning package. We ask that the house be returned in the clean condition in which you found it.
7 people maximum (children included).
Pets not accepted.

From the A9 motorway take exit 33 “Sète / Gigean”.
Continue on the D600 for 8 km.
At the 1st roundabout, take the 3rd exit towards Montpellier.
At the 2nd roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto D612 towards Montpellier/Frontignan.
Take the 1st exit "L'Entrée" on D50 (exit just after the automatic radar).
